"OPEN" sessions are exactly that - open to players of all caliber.
"BEGINNER" sessions are designated for those that are just getting used to playing roller hockey. Full equipment (helmet, shin guards, gloves) are mandatory. Some equipment is available for rent.
"ADVANCED" sessions are for seasoned veterans.
"COURTHOG" sessions pit teams of 4 against each other in ironman fashion. Winner stays on.
"QUAD" sessions will feature NAB Sport's exclusive 'quad nets' instead of goalies. These nets keep play going and in some cases are better than live goaltenders.
IN ALL CASES, RAT HOCKEY IS UNOFFICIATED. RAT IS FOR FUN AND IMPROVING SKILLS.
INDIVIDUALS DEEMED UNNECESSARILY ROUGH WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE
